We operate from our rural HQ which offers us time and space to unlock and release the power of great thinking in lockstep with nature.
We know that nature and specifically our Sussex home, Westerlands, is a great ‘unlock’ for brilliant commercial, strategic and creative thinking.

With combined team experience across multiple sectors such as FMCG, finance, energy, management consultancy and a strong track record of successfully backing high-growth start-ups and SMEs, we’re confident that we can offer teams the support and knowledge they need to transition from start-up to scale.

We tend to be approached by teams with a strong regard for nature and wellbeing – specifically those who share our belief in the power of nature to help us think clearly and creatively.
The ways we can help are manifold, but our core focus is on making brands fit and ready for rapid growth. Sometimes our strategic or brand advice is needed. Other times, it’s to clarify market positioning or to tighten a commercial proposition.
Equally, it could be to provide teams a conducive space in nature for clear thinking or guidance on tightening investor proposals. We can also unlock capital via our own extensive investor networks.

We do all of this via working sessions, away days or curated team events at our beautiful 500-acre home in the South Downs, West Sussex, UK.
